"That Sounds Great John But How Does It Work?"
Turbo Secretary is installed in just seconds. It is a simple matter of uploading the script to your server and adding your database. I provide complete instructions in case you need them,
plus a video tutorial, but this is so simple that it almost installs itself (working for you before you even turn it on;).
There are three core components which are designed with your needs in minds.
Admin Area -

Here you can create appointment categories, customize the look and feel (although not necessary), and you can check on your schedule.
There are also areas in which you can set up your Staff to use Turbo Secretary, and you manually accept, deny, or reschedule Users (your customers).
Staff Area -

In the Staff Area your panel of experts or people you have on staff can view their appointments, check their schedules and make any adjustments as necessary by approving, editing, or rejecting them.
Users Area -

In the User Area your customers can pull up your (or your Staff's) calendar and reserve your time. They'll be able to see when you are available and when your are busy. This is truly, at a glance scheduling which completely eliminates any questions of time.
Also, you can tie Turbo Secretary to other systems like
, requiring payment in advance, before your User can even complete the scheduling.
What a time saver! The charts below demonstrate what this process looked like before Turbo Secretary and what it looks like after...
Before Turbo Secretary

After Turbo Secretary

Did I mention this was a timesaver;-)? Of course your flow may be a bit different today, but the bottom line is that
Turbo Secretary eliminates the extra emails and the extra phone calls that are a significant time drainer.
Have a customer that likes to fax? That's gone too! This is the
simplest possible method for making appointments, and you can set the program so that no time can ever be reserved unless you're paid first.
You'll never worry about not getting paid and you certainly won't have to chase anyone down for money owed to you. |
